At Miracle 10 your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to help.
To be considered for a product return or exchange/replacement please review the information below:
- Your products must be purchased online, at miracle10.com or from one of our two Miracle 10 Boutiques.
- Products must be returned to Miracle 10 Cosmetics within 60 days of the initial order date. After 60 days of the initial order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept product returns.
- Product specified as non-returnable or not for resale or given as complimentary cannot be returned.
Prior to initiating a return, please contact us by email or phone so that we can authorize the return. Once your request is approved, we will either exchange your product for you for a product of lesser or equal value, or provide you with a store-credit to be used at any time towards a subsequent purchase. No refunds are provided for online or in-store purchases. The store credit is a monetary credit note for the value of the returned products minus original shipping charges (if applicable) that can be used to purchase other Miracle 10 products.
How do I place a return?
To process a return, email us at email@example.com or call 1-833-460-2941 with your order number and reason for return. Once we have confirmed your return request, please ship them back to us and include a copy of your original order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can return your products to us at any of our store locations. Once we've received the returned products and it is within 60 days of the original date of purchase, you will receive an email notification with details about your new store credit which is issues via gift card.
What’s your online return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online Miracle 10 purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the original purchase and receive an online store credit valid online only at miracle10.com. We do not provide refunds. We regret that we are unable to provide a store credit for your original shipping charges (if applicable). If you decided to ship the products back to us, please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges.

What’s your in-store return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your in-store Miracle 10 purchase, you may return it at one of the Miracle 10 Boutiques within 60 days of the original purchase. Please come in with your original receipt and the products you would like to return. If eligible, we will issue an in-store credit that you may use towards your next in-store purchase. To check the balance of your store credit, you may always call one of our Miracle 10 Boutiques.
I purchased Miracle 10 at a retail partner, can I return it to you?
If you purchased Miracle 10 skincare at one of our retail partners and would like to return your purchase, you must visit the original retail location and follow their return policy.
There is a defect with my product, what is the return policy?
