Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on purchases of 75.00 CAD or more to the US and Canada. The cost for shipping for orders below 75.00 CAD isᅠcarrier-calculated and available to you to see before checkout.
Orders handling time is 2-5 business days of being received. Shipping time varies based on the shipping destination.
For customers selecting FedEx Overnight shipping, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST for timely delivery. Please note, postal services are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and the customers receive an email with a tracking number from Canada Post, once the order has been shipped.
Depending on your shipping address, you may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied once your order reaches your country. If incurred, these charges must be paid before your package will clear customs. Miracle 10 has no control over the imposition of these duties and taxes and you, as a customer, are responsible for paying them to receive your package.
Returns & Replacements
At Miracle 10 your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to help.
To be considered for a product return or exchange/replacement, please review the information below:
- Your products must be purchased online, at miracle10.com or from one of our two Miracle 10 Boutiques.
- Products must be returned to Miracle 10 Cosmetics within 60 days of the initial order date.
- After 60 days of the initial order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept product returns.
- Product specified as non-returnable or not for resale or given as complimentary cannot be returned.
- Prior to initiating a return, please contact us by email or phone so that we can authorize the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will either exchange your product for you for a product of lesser or equal value, or provide you with a store-credit to be used at any time towards a subsequent purchase. No refunds are provided for online or in-store purchases.
- The store credit is a monetary credit note for the value of the returned products minus original shipping charges (if applicable) that can be used to purchase other Miracle 10 products.
Online Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Miracle 10 purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the original purchase and receive an online store credit valid online only at miracle10.com. We regret that we are unable to provide a store credit for your original shipping charges (if applicable).
If you decided to ship the products back to us, please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return: email us at info@miracle10.com or call 1 877-515-8978 with your order number and reason for return. Once we have confirmed your return request, please ship them back to us and include a copy of your original order confirmation email

Alternatively you can return your products to us at any of our store locations. All customers who return products within 60 days of the original date of purchase, receive an email notification with details about the store credit. Customer can always access their store credit balance within their Account Dashboard or check it by calling our customer service line.
In-store Return Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your in-store Miracle 10 purchase, you may return it at one of the Miracle 10 Boutiques within 60 days of the original purchase. Please come in with your original receipt and the products you would like to return. If eligible, we will issue an in-store credit that you may use towards your next in-store purchase/s/.

As a result, your personal information may be accessible to law enforcement and regulatory agencies in accordance with the laws of these foreign jurisdictions.

All of our prices on the website and in our email communications are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The currency exchange rates depend on your banking institution; for details please contact them directly. We accept credit card as Visa, Master Card, AMEX.

In the event that any product referred to on this website is listed at an incorrect price by reason of typographical or clerical error, Miracle 10 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Miracle 10 reserves the right to limit the amount or number of product sold to any person or entity through this website, and Miracle 10 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and whether or not your credit card has been charged. In the event that your credit card has been charged, and the order is cancelled, Miracle 10 will immediately credit your credit card account with the amount of the charge.
Updating Account Information
You can update your personal information at anytime by logging in and visiting the Account Management page. If you would like to delete your account, please contact us. Please note that if your account has been deleted your prior order history will not be available should you decide to order Miracle10 products in the future.
