I wanted to personally check in with our amazing community during this unprecedented time. It's been intense, but one thing that's been a silver lining for me has been seeing everyone pull together and support one another during what's surely a challenging and difficult time for all of us. We're all making sacrifices, but we're in it together and I think that's something special and unique to acknowledge amidst the chaos.
We are no exception to the challenges this time has brought - you may have seen on the MD Beauty Clinic page that we've temporarily closed our boutiques to honour the measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are, however, continuing to take and fulfill your Miracle 10 online orders and are available to answer your questions via social media, email and phone.
With that said, you may experience some delays in the shipping of your order during this time. My daughter Elizabeth (our Director of Communications and Operations) and I are holding down the fort, fulfilling these orders as quickly as possible and getting them out the door.
The the incredible staff at Canada Post are doing their best to keep your packages moving, but there may be some delays in the shipment of your mail during this time (we encourage you to review their updates here). Additionally, we have temporarily turned off the option to pick up your orders in-store if you're in the Greater Toronto Area.
Finally, I personally want to extend my deepest and sincerest gratitude for your continued support as customers and friends of Miracle 10 Cosmetics. We are looking forward to opening our boutique doors again, and we hope above all you are staying as healthy and positive as you can.
